Frequently Asked Questions

How long is shipping?

Our current shipping time is 3-5 business days. Our processing time is 2-3 business days. Once your products have been processed and shipped out please allow 24-48 hours before USPS updates your tracking information in the system.

How long before I start to see results using the Glow'N products ?

Results will vary from person to person. Your results depend on how consistently you use your products. Some people may see results as soon as one week and up to four months before results are shown. Please be patient with your skin & remain consistent with your routine. Why should I wear sunscreen daily ?

Sunscreen while using our turmeric products helps to prevent your dark spots & hyperpigmentation from further darkening. It protects your skin from UVA/UVB. Sunscreen should be used daily in your morning routine as the last step.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes. We currently do custom soap orders, candle orders and whipped body butter orders for Birthday events, small parties & gatherings. Please send us an email: Larose07b@gmail.com

Can I alternate using both face masks ?

Yes. Our exfoliating Glow'N Mask is recommended to be used in your morning routine 1-2 a week, followed by our Charcoal Mask in your nighttime routine using 1-2 times per week.
